As a Franchisee you will become an IDX Internet Marketing Consultant and you must be
Mobile within you are and you can situate your IDX office at home. All potential sites must
be presented to us for approval.
- What are the criteria in selecting a site for my franchise?
Because IDX Franchise is home based; you are not required to locate a franchised facility in
Malls or high traffic commercial areas; but we require at your home a high speed internet
access.
- How about the equipment and supplies?
As a franchisee, you are only required to purchase a laptop and office supplies from our accredited suppliers base on the specifications indicated in the procurement program.
- How long will it take to recover my investment?
Financial viability depends on various factors such as sales, investment and ability of the
Franchisee to effectively manage his expense. This will be discussed further during the Franchisee interview.
